Emily Moseley

Emily is a Resident Adviser in Haggett Hall.  As an RA, Emily works closely with a floor of UW students.  She serves as a resource for them, helping them through any personal or academic issue they may have.  She helps them create connections with both the campus community, and with other students on her floor and in the building.  She hosts social events for her residents, working hard to make sure that each resident feels valued, included, and connected during their time at UW.  In this way, Emily’s contributions to the University of Washington are significant.  Many students have Emily to thank, in part, for their ability to be successful at the UW.  In addition, Emily also serves on HFS’s student-run Programming Board.  As part of that group, Emily helps plan and host many large-scale events for UW residential students.  From weekly movie screenings to dance workshops to actual dances to finals de-stressing events, Emily works hard to make sure that UW students have sufficient opportunities to come together and have fun in a safe and friendly atmosphere.  Emily is a dedicated leader in her community who is always available and accessible to those who she serves.  She greatly deserves this recognition.
