Tina is a Resident Adviser in Haggett Hall. As an RA, Tina works closely with a floor of UW students. She serves as a resource for them, helping them through any personal or academic issue they may have. She helps them create connections with both the campus community, and with other students on her floor and in the building. She hosts social events for her residents, working hard to make sure that each resident feels valued, included, and connected during their time at UW. In this way, Tina’s contributions to the University of Washington are significant. Many students have Tina to thank, in part, for their ability to be successful at the UW. Tina joined the Haggett staff team only a few short weeks ago. Tina has masterfully navigated the incredibly challenging task of coming into a significant leadership position in the middle of a quarter. Tina has displayed flexibility, patience, and a strong work ethic as she has quickly learned the ins and outs of her position. We are glad to have her on our team! Tina is a dedicated leader in her community who is always available and accessible to those who she serves. She greatly deserves this recognition.
