Since being introduced to Ashleigh I have found no one better at balancing the responsibilities of life with building relationships with friends, old and new. As I have gotten to know her, I’ve found that her success as a student and staff member is only surpassed by her desire to help others make the most their experience and have success in their pursuits. It has been a pleasure getting to know her and I look forward to see where she goes and who she will make an impact upon. Therefore, her work and her experience should be recognized during the Celebration of UW Women.
Ashleigh is a passionate individual dedicated to helping people and exploring the world. She has worked hard as a CNA to help her patients have a good quality of life. Her dream of attending Physician Assistant School is sure to become a reality, and she will improve the lives of many along the way to achieving that goal. She is a dedicated student, balancing her studies and getting good grades while also working part time.
As an RA Ashleigh exceeds all expectations. Her work with the Global LLC community has greatly enriched her resident’s experiences at UW and the lives of all the residents of Haggett who have had the chance to attend her amazing building wide events. Her Iranian and Polish food and culture nights, both of which were huge successes. She is always available to her residents and manages to balance supporting them while also enforcing community standards. I know she is headed great places in life and am glad to have had the opportunity to work with her.
